Psychotherapy

The wisdom, skill, and empathy I bring to each session are rooted in my own healing journey. As a queer, immigrant, cisgender woman, I understand the ways in which colonization, racism and displacement have changed us. With that said— I fervently believe that healing is accessible to ALL.

Individual Therapy

In our sessions, we will create a healing container together, where you can explore the conscious and unconscious ways that oppression and stagnation are showing up in your life. Together, we will find allies for your work: ancestors, nature, metaphors, archetypes, art, etc. Our aim is to reclaim your full power. Sessions are individualized and may include aspects of psychotherapy, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, indigenous counseling methods, etc.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is a space to connect genuinely with our partners, revealing the undercurrents of old cycles.

In our sessions, we will tend to and honor your relationships with fierce compassion. We will practice new ways of listening and attuning to each other, as well as new liberating ways of embodying love.

Group Therapy

Community is the fabric where we weave our healing. Group therapy extends the therapeutic container to a group of trusted people, all there with the aim of observing and healing a specific common trend. In a circle, we hear each other’s stories, guide and encourage each other’s dreams and can hold each other accountable to our liberation. Groups might gather around the following topics: dreams, grief, abundance, coming out as queer, trauma stewardship, sexual healing, etc.
